DAY #1

Arrival to Villa Ishtar

Guests are taxi'd from the airport to the villa, which is a 30 minute drive.  Check in to your authentic, spacious accommodations, take a dip in the pool, do a gentle workout in the garden to minimize jetlag, and welcome to Morocco. Our first team dinner is served as we discuss the transformative week ahead.  

DAY #2

Evening Tasting Trail

The day starts with joint flow, breathwork, meditation, journaling, a short run through the palmeraie, a HIIT session, full body mobility, and foot release.  After breakfast, we have a discussion about food values and detoxing through intermittent fasting, along with a mini-cooking lesson.  Lunch is served at Villa Ishtar.  Dinner is a guided Evening Tasting Trail through the Souks of Marrakech. 

DAY #3

Cultural Tour of Marrakech

The day starts with joint flow, breathwork, meditation, journaling, a full body circuit training class, and natural movement training.  A discussion on morning routines and daily commitments takes place just before breakfast.  In the afternoon we have a guided Cultural Tour through Marrakech, which includes a stop for lunch.  Dinner is back at Villa Ishtar. 

DAY #4

Shopping and Rooftop Dining

The day starts with joint flow, breathwork, meditation, journaling, and a session of run intervals.  A discussion on restorative strategies and supplements takes place just before breakfast.  In the afternoon we have a Hammam experience at Villa Ishtar before heading into the medina for some exotic shopping.  Dinner is on a rooftop during sunset, while listening to the call to prayer.  

DAY #5

Drive to L'ma Lodge in Skoura

The day starts with joint flow, breathwork, meditation, journaling, and a quick HIIT session.  After breakfast we have a long, scenic drive through the High Atlas Mountains.  We will make stops along the way for exploration and food.  When we finally reach Skoura, we check in to L'ma Lodge and enjoy a scrumptious dinner.  L'ma Lodge is ours exclusively for 3 beautiful nights. 

DAY #6

River Music Party

Joint flow on the roof deck with breathwork, meditation, and journaling.  Team building fitness games in the garden.  A discussion on the benefits of positivity and gratitude are followed by breakfast and relaxation time.  The afternoon presents a discussion on elevating our life practices, and a delicious cooking lesson with lunch.  Dinner is a private party by the river with live music. 

DAY #7

Cycling Tour of the Palmeraie

Joint flow on the roof deck with breathwork, meditation, and journaling.  Natural movement training in the garden.  A discussion on your community and social connectivity.  In the afternoon we have a cycling tour of the Palmeraie ... a paradise of palm and olive trees dotted with kasbahs and small villages.  Lunch is in the Palmeraie.  A relaxing dinner is prepared at L'ma Lodge. 

DAY #8

Glamping in the Stone Desert

Joint flow on the roof deck with breathwork, meditation, and journaling.  A gentle run or walk through the Oasis.  After breakfast, we have a long, scenic drive to the Stone Desert.  We make stops along the way for exploration and food.  Prepare to be absolutely blown away by Inara Camp ... a remote "glamping" hotel with the highest standards.  Dinner is served in this magical place.  

DAY #9

Quad Biking in the Desert

The day starts with joint flow, breathwork, meditation, journaling, a HIIT session, full body mobility, and foot release.  A discussion on the benefits of travel and optimism takes place just before breakfast.  In the afternoon we have a discussion on welcoming change, a mini cooking lesson, and lunch.  As the sun sets, we head out for an exhilarating quad bike tour.  Dinner is served in the desert. 

DAY #10

Lake Takerkoust

Our final unforgettable day begins with joint flow, breathwork, meditation, journaling, a desert run, and natural movement training.  In the afternoon we drive 30 minutes to Lake Takerkoust where we enjoy walking, optional watersports, and lunch.  A farewell dinner party at Inara Camp, with sunset camel ride and a desert sharing circle where YOU teach US how to live fit and happy.
